بررسی صفات تولیدمثلی و پراکنش لاک پشت منقار عقابی (Eretmochelys imbricata) در جزیره هندورابی، استان هرمزگان

چکیده
حفاظت از زیست­بوم­ها مستلزم شناخت و پایش زیستگاه­ها و بررسی گونه­های موجود در آنها می­باشد. این هدف زمانی فراهم می­شود که شناخت مناسبی از وضعیت فعلی محیط زیست و شرایط زیستی گونه­ها فراهم گردد. در مطالعه حاضر پراکنش و زیست سنجی مولدین ماده و جوجه­های لاک­پشت منقارعقابی در سواحل جزیره هندورابی در استان هرمزگان در طی اسفندماه 1397 تا تیرماه1398 بررسی شد. در زمان پایش، مواردی مانند تعیین نوع گونه مراجعه­کننده، زیست­سنجی مولدین شامل طول منحنی کاراپاس (CCL)و عرض منحنی کاراپاس(CCW) همچنین، زیست­سنجی تخم­ها شامل قطر و وزن انجام گردید. در این مطالعه 28 لاک­پشت زیست­سنجی شد و برخی نواحی در شمال و جنوب جزیره هندورابی جزء مناطق پرتراکم و شرق جزیره جزء مناطق کم­تراکم تخمگذاری لاک­پشت­های منقارعقابی شناسایی شدند. میانگین طول و عرض منحنی کاراپاس لاک­پشت منقارعقابی به ترتیب 27/3 ± 38/70 و 53/2± 84/64 سانتیمتر بدست آمد. میانگین تعداد تخم 7/21±6/87 عدد در هر لانه بود که بیشترین و کمترین تعداد تخم­های ثبت شده به ترتیب 110 و 44 عدد ثبت شد. تعداد تخم­های طبیعی و غیرطبیعی به ترتیب02/9± 2/74 و 81/5±6/13 عدد و تخم­های طبیعی و غیرطبیعی به ترتیب به طور متوسط دارای قطر 02/2±66/38 و 43/4±87/24 میلی­متر و وزنی برابر با 27/4±69/32 و 26/6±21/11 گرم بود. بطور کلی نتایج نشان می­دهد که لاک­پشت­های منقارعقابی جزیره هندورابی از سایر نقاط دنیا کوچکتر بوده و میانگین کل تخم­ها از برخی نقاط خلیج فارس بالاتر ولی پایین تر از متوسط جهانی است و از نظر قطر و وزن تخم تفاوتی با سایر نقاط دنیا وجود ندارد.

چکیده English

Ecosystems conservation requires knowing and monitoring habitats and study on their species. This goal is achieved when there is a suitable understanding of the current state of the environment and the living conditions of the species. In the present study, the distribution and biometry of adult and hatchlings of hawksbill turtles were investigated on Hendorabi Island, from March 2017 to July 2018. After observing turtles, species identification, biometry of adults including CCL and CCW and egg biometry including diameter and weight were measured. During this study, 28 turtles were examined biometrically. Some areas in the north and south of Hendorabi were identified as high-density nesting areas, while eastern part of the island was low-density nesting area. The average of CCL and CCW of the turtles were measured 70.38±3.27 and 64.84±2.53cm, respectively. On average, 87.6±21.7 eggs were laid per nest, and the highest and lowest numbers of eggs were recorded 110 and44, respectively. The number of normal and abnormal eggs were 74.2±9.02 and 13.6±5.81, respectively. Normal and abnormal eggs have an average diameters of 38.66±2.02 and 24.87±4.43mm and weights of 32.69±4.27 and 11.21±6.26gr respectively. In conclusion the hawksbill turtles of Hendorabi are smaller than those of other parts of the world.
