fa اثر آب پلاسما بر ساختار تشریحی باقلا(Vicia faba) The effect of plasma water on the anatomical structure of beans (Vicia faba) علوم گیاهی Plant Biology مقاله پژوهشی Original Article امروزه یکی از اهداف مهم پژوهشگران کشور در کشاورزی ، بهبود کیفیت گیاهان زراعی پرکاربرد است. گیاه  باقلا(Vicia faba) در بسیاری از کشورها به عنوان منبعی با درصد بالای پروتئین، نسبتهای اسید آمینه، میزان املاح معدنی و کلسیم حائز اهمیت است.استفاده از روش های نوین علمی  و روش های سنتی اصلاح شده کمک زیادی به  فراهم آوردن این هدف داشته است.یکی از این روش ها کاربرد آب پلاسما بر کیفیت رشد گیاهان است.   در این تحقیق اثرات آب فعال شده با پلاسما بر ویژگیهای تشریحی گیاه باقلا مورد هدف بود. سپس بذرها ابتدا به مدت ۲۴ ساعت با آبی که به مدت ۵ دقیقه و ۲۰ دقیقه با پلاسما فعال شده بود و با آب شاهد بدون اعمال پلاسما خیسانده شدند. بعد از کاشت ، گلدانها  ۲ بار در هفته به مدت ۴۰ تا ۵۰ روز آبیاری می شدند. بعد از این مدت ویژگیهای تشریحی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت، نتایج نشان داد در گیاهان تحت تیمارپراکنش دستجات آوندی ، رشد و تکوین آوندهای چوبی و  رشد مریستم راس رویشی نسبت به شاهد بیشتر شد و گیاهان تحت تیمار سریعتر وارد فاز زایشی شدند .بر اساس این نتایج ، آب فعال شده با پلاسما با ایجاد تغییرات در ویژگیهای تشریحی و تکوینی می تواند رشد گیاه باقلا را افزایش دهد. با توجه به نتایج مقاله، اثر آب پلاسما باعث  بهبود کیفیت ساختاری برای باقلا شده است ،بنابراین  استفاده از آب پلاسما  برای بهبود عملکرد این گیاه در کشاورزی پیشنهاد می شود   Objective: “Broad bean (Vicia faba) is important in many countries as a source of high protein percentage, amino acid ratios, mineral salts, and calcium. The use of new scientific methods and modified traditional methods such as plasma water have helped a lot to achieve of improved plant growth. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of plasma-activated water on growth and anatomical features of Vicia faba. <pre style="text-align:justify"> Method: After preparation , seeds were first soaked for 24 hours with water that had been activated with plasma for 5 minutes and 20 minutes, and with control water without plasma application. After planting, the pots were watered twice a week for 40 to 50 days.
