fa تولید واکسن های گیاهی و آزمایش‌های انجام شده در این مورد به عنوان راهبردی مؤثر جهت مقابله با بیماری‌های عفونی از جمله کووید 19 Plant-based vaccines production and conducted experiments in this case, as an effective strategy to combat infectious diseases, such as Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) بیوتکنولوژی Biotechnology مروری Review ظهور ویروس‌های جدید، همواره تهدیدی برای سلامتی افراد جهان بوده است که جدیدترین نمونه آن سویه‌های جدید ویروس کرونا (SARS-CoV-2) و سندروم حاد تنفسی ناشی از آن (ARDS) است. وضعیت کنونی، اهمیت تولید سریع واکسن‌های پایدار ارزان قیمت را که به تجهیزات خنک‌کننده به منظور نگهداری و حمل و نقل نیاز ندارند، بیش از پیش نشان می‌دهد. با این حال در کشورهای در حال توسعه، بیشتر واکسن‌ها هنوز به دلیل هزینه‌های واردات و نیازهای نگهداری و حمل و نقل در دسترس نیستند. بنابراین مهم است که واکسن برای کشورهای در حال توسعه مقرون به صرفه باشد تا واکسیناسیون در مقیاسی وسیع صورت گیرد. واکسن‌های گیاهی نسبت به سایر انواع واکسن و روش‌های تولیدی مقرون به‌صرفه‌تر هستند و میتوانند در مقادیر زیاد تولید شوند. علاوه‌براین واکسن‌های گیاهی مزایای دیگری هم دارند که در این مقاله به آنها پرداخته میشود. با این حال با توجه به اینکه یک محصول دارویی گیاهی قرار است به صورت نیمه فرآوری‌شده (مانند پوره سیب‌زمینی یا رب گوجه‌فرنگی) بهعنوان واکسن مصرف شود، مهم است که بررسی‌های نظارتی خاصی که برای واکسنهای تزریقی اعمال می‌شود، برای این محصولات نیز اعمال شود تا عوارض مصرف آنها از نظر بالینی بررسی شود. مقاله مروری حاضر به بررسی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های تولید واکسن‌های گیاهی به منظور مقابله با بیماری‌هایی مانند کووید 19 می‌پردازد.   The emergence of new viruses has always been a threat to the health of people around the world, the latest example of it is the new strains of the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) and the resulting acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). The current situation underscores the importance of rapidly producing low-cost stable vaccines that do not require refrigeration equipment for storage and transportation. However, most vaccines are not yet available in developing countries due to import costs and storage and transportation needs. Therefore, the vaccine must be affordable for developing countries so that vaccination can be carried out on a large scale. Herbal vaccines are more cost-effective than other types of vaccines and production methods and can be produced in large quantities. In addition, herbal vaccines have other benefits that are discussed in this article. However, given that an herbal medicinal product is to be used as a vaccine in a semi-processed form (such as mashed potatoes or tomato paste), specific regulatory reviews must apply to injectable vaccines. Products should also be applied to evaluate their side effects clinically.
