گیاه پونه­ سای بینالودی (Nepeta binaloudensis Jamzad) از گیاهان بومی و دارویی ایران است. این گیاه به علت برداشت بی­ رویه و تخریب رویشگاه آن در خطر انقراض قرار گرفته است ما به بررسی تاثیر آنتی­ اکسیدان­ ها و غلظت­ های مختلف هورمون BAP و NAA بر بهبود شاخه ­زایی و ریشه زایی گیاه پونه بینالودی تحت شرایط درون شیشه پرداختیم. ریزنمونه­ های ساقه در محیط کشت ½ MS حاوی 5/0 میلی­ گرم بر لیتر هورمون BAP به همراه غلظت ­های مختلف آسکوربیک اسید (100 و 200 میلی­گرم بر لیتر) و گلوتاتیون احیا (1 و 2 میکرو مول بر لیتر) کشت شدند. سپس اثر غلظت ­های مختلف هورمون BAP (5/0، 1 و 5/1 میلی­گرم بر لیتر) بر ساقه­ زایی این گیاه محاسبه شد. همچنین ریشه ­زایی، ساقه ­های باززایی شده در محیط کشت ½ MS حاوی غلظت­ های مختلف NAA (5/0، 1 و 5/1 میلی­ گرم بر لیتر) بررسی شد. نتیاج نشان داد که ترکیب آنتی اکسیدان اثر معنی­ داری بر ساقه ­های تولیدی در محیط کشت ½ MS  حاوی 5/0 میلی­ گرم بر لیتر BAP داشت. غلظت 2 میکرومول بر لیتر گلوتاتیون احیا در مقایسه با دیگر تیمارهای آنتی­ اکسیدانی منجر به افزایش ساقه ­زایی شد. غلظت­ های 1 و 1/5 میلی­ گرم بر لیتر BAP اثر معنی­ داری (p-value<0.05) بر درصد ساقه ­زایی و تعداد ساقه ­های تولیدی داشت. در مقابل، درصد ریشه ­زایی و میانگین طول ریشه در غلظت 2 میلی­ گرم بر لیتر هورمون NAA افزایش یافت. ما استفاده از این تیمارها را برای ریز ازدیادی کار آمد این گیاه در حال انقراض پیشنهاد می­ کنیم.
