مقایسه شیوۀ ترانسکت خطی و صید مجدد در برآورد فراوانی و تراکم جربوای هاتسونی فیروزی در دشت میرآباد، شهرضا

چکیده
برآورد جمعیت دوپای فیروز (هاتسونی فیروزی) در دشت میرآباد شهرضا به شیوه­ های فاصله­ ای (ترانسکت خطی) و روش صید و صید مجدد در سال های 1386 لغایت 1388 صورت پذیرفت. در دوره مطالعه، در زمان فعالیت گونه و خارج از فصل تولیدمثل تلاش شد با زنده­ گیری، علامت­ گذاری، رهاسازی و صید مجدد افراد به شیوه اشنابل در چندین مرحله پیاپی فراوانی جمعیت در زیستگاه مورد نظر برآورد شود. همزمان با پیمایش ترانسکت­ های خطی با استفاده از موتورسیکلت و پرژکتور با کمک دو ناظر در تیپ ­های زیستگاهی مختلف افراد مشاهده شده به ثبت رسیدند. سعی شد تلاش برای برآورد فراوانی به شیوه ترانسکت خطی و شیوه اشنابل در تیپ­های زیستگاهی مختلف و همچنین در زمان های مختلف (مبتنی بر تغییرات نور ماه در شب­های مختلف) از توزیع مناسبی برخوردار باشد. نتایج حاصل از شیوه فاصله ­ای، اشنابل و شوماخر اشمایر فراوانی جمعیت گونه تحت مطالعه در زیستگاه موردنظر را به ترتیب 226، 402 و 387 فرد برآورد نمودند. بررسی حدود اطمینان برآوردها نشان می‌دهد، سطح بالایی برآورد شده به شیوه‌ی ترانسکت خطی به سطح پایینی شیوه‌ی شوماخر اشمایر نزدیک تر است. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده و ویژگی های رفتاری گونه تحت مطالعه به نظر می رسد در این پژوهش روش فاصله ای روش مطمئن تری نسبت به روش صید و صید مجد است. اگرچه روش­ های صید مجدد طراحی شده به دلیل دارا بودن فرضیات محدودکننده بیشتر برای جمعیت های بسته دقت برآورد بالاتری را دارند، با این حال قابلیت اطمینان به روش برآورد فروانی یک گونه کاملاً به رفتار گونه تحت مطالعه در گزینش زیستگاه بستگی خواهد داشت.

A comparison of linear transect and capture recapture methods results in Iranian Jerboa population density and abundance estimation in Mirabad plains, Shahreza

During a period from spring 2008 till fall 2010, Iranian Jerboa population abundance was estimated using distance (linear transect) and capture-recapture methods in the Mirabad plains near Shahreza city in Isfahan Province. In the study period, during the active time of the species except reproduction time, we tried to live-trap, mark, release and recapture individuals based on Schnabel method on different sampling occasions. Simultaneously, we also traversed line transects using motorcycle and spot-light by two observers in different habitat types. We tried to get uniform trapping nights in different lunar nights and different habitat types. The population abundance, using Schnabel and distance methods was estimated to be 226 and 402 individuals, respectively. With regard to the obtained results and species behavior, it seems that distance method yields more precise confidence limits of the estimation compared with capture-recapture method. However, capture-recapture method yields more precise estimates for closed populations because of its more limiting assumptions, but the confidence reliability of abundance estimation of a species depends on the species and its habitat selection behavior completely.
