تأثیر اندازۀ ماهی و تغییرات فصل روی هورمون های استروئیدی گنادی در مولدین اردک ماهی

چکیده
هورمون­های جنسی استروئیدی نقش مهمی در بسیاری از فرآیندهای فیزیولوژیکی و به­ویژه در تولید مثل ماهیان استخوانی دارد. بنابراین مطالعه هورمون­های استروئیدی در ماهیان، شاخصی مهم از بیولوژی تولید مثل است. در پژوهش حاضر، هورمون­های استروئیدی سرم خون مانند تستوسترون، 17-بتا­استرادیول و 17-آلفا هیدروکسی ­پروژسترون در مولدین اردک ماهی، از پاییز 1389 تا تابستان 1390 طی 5 دوره (پاییز، نیمه اول زمستان، نیمه دوم زمستان، بهار و تابستان) با سه کلاسه طولی: 360-300، 420-260 و 480-420 میلی­متر مطالعه شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین میزان هورمون­های استروئیدی در سه کلاسه طولی تفاوت معنی­ دار وجود داشت و با افزایش طول ماهی افرایش یافت (05/0P<). علاوه ­بر این، بین میزان هورمون­های استروئیدی در فصول مختلف سال با یکدیگر اختلاف معنی­ دار داشتند (05/0P<)، به­طوری­که بیشترین میزان 17-بتا­استرادیول در فصل پاییز مشاهده شد و در رابطه با سطح هورمون تستوسترون و پروژسترون، بیشترین میزان به ترتیب در نیمه اول زمستان و نیمه­ دوم زمستان مشاهده شد.

Effect of fish size and seasonal changes on gonadal steroid hormones in pike brood stocks (Esox lucius)

Sex steroid hormones play important roles in many physiological processes, particularly in the reproduction of teleostei. Therefore, study of steroid hormones in fish is one of the important indicators of reproductive biology. In the present research, serum steroid hormones such as testosterone (T), 17β-estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) in Esox lucius brood stocks, during one year, from autumn 2010 to summer 2011, in five periods (autumn, first half of winter, second half of winter, spring and summer) with three longitudinal classes: 300-360, 360-420 and 420-480 millimeters were studied. The results showed significant difference between levels of steroid hormones in three longitudinal classes and showed an increasing trend by increased length (P<0.05). In addition, there was significant different between levels of gonadal steroid hormones and different seasons (P<0.05). The highest level of 17-β estradiol was observed in autumn season. In the case of testosterone and progesterone hormones, higher levels were recorded in first and second half of winter, respectively.
