تأثیر کوددهی و سن غده بر خصوصیات مورفولوژیک زیره سیاه ایرانی (Bunium persicum Boiss.)

چکیده
زیره سیاه ایرانی گیاهی معطر و دارویی از خانواده چتریان می­باشد. به منظور بررسی اثر کود­دهی و همچنین سن غده بر ارتفاع گیاه، درصد سبزشدگی، درصد گلدهی، و اجزاء عملکرد، آزمایشی در شرایط مزرعه در قالب 9 کرت اصلی شامل کود NPK در سه سطح (شاهد (بدون اعمال کود)، کود 1 ( 5/2 گرم در لیتر)، کود 2 (با غلظت 2 برابر و 5 گرم در لیتر) و سن غده در دو سطح سه و چهار ساله (غده­های متوسط و سه ساله دارای وزنی در حدود 1 گرم و غده­های بزرگ و چهارساله، 3 الی 4 گرم) در سال 1402-1403 در منطقه کلات استان خراسان رضوی انجام گردید.

نتایج نشان داد وزن غده اثر مستقیم و مثبتی بر روی درصد سبزشدن، گلدهی، رشد گیاه و عملکرد آن دارد. بیشترین درصد سبز شدگی(%۱۰۰) و گلدهی (۱۰۰%) در غده­های بزرگ و کمترین درصد سبزشدگی (%51) و گلدهی (% 93/16) در غده متوسط بدون کوددهی مشاهده شد. همچنین مشاهده شد کاربرد تیمار تغذیه­ای (کود NPK) نیز تأثیر مثبت بر خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی گیاهان دارد به طوریکه بیشترین وزن هزار دانه (36/1گرم) مربوط به غده بزرگ و کود ۲، و کمترین میزان آن (69/0گرم) در غده متوسط و کود شاهد مشاهده شد. بالاترین ارتفاع بوته نیز مربوط به غده بزرگ و کود۲ ، و کمترین میزان آن (7/42) در تیمار شاهد و غده متوسط بود. همچنین مشاهده شد بطور کلی می­­توان بیان کرد، اعمال تیمار کود 20- 20-20 (NPK) و استفاده از غده­هایی با سن (وزن) بیشتر موجب بهبود رشد و عملکردزیره سیاه ایرانی گردید

چکیده English

Iranian black zira is an aromatic and medicinal plant from Apeaceae family. In order to investigate the effect of fertilization and tuber age on plant height, greening percentage, flowering percentage, and yield components, an experiment was conducted in field conditions in the form of 9 main plots including NPK fertilizer at three levels (control ), fertilizer 1(2.5 grams per liter), fertilizer 2 (with a concentration of 2 times and 5 grams per liter) and tuber age at two levels of three and four years (medium and three-year-old tubers ) was carried out in, fertilizer with 2 times concentration) and tuber age at two levels (three and four years old) was carried out in 1402-1403 in Kalat region of Khorasan Razavi.The results showed that tuber weight has a direct and positive effect on the percentage of germination, flowering, plant growth and yield. The highest percentage of greening (100%) and flowering (100%) was observed in large tubers and the lowest percentage of greening (51%) and flowering (16.93) was observed in medium tubers and 0 fertilizer (no fertilization).application of 20-20-20 fertilizer (NPK) and use of tubers with more age (weight) improved the growth and yield of Iranian black zira.
