 فسفر، یکی از ضروری ­ترین عناصر غذایی گیاهی، در خاک به سرعت به فرم غیر­قابل دسترس برای گیاهان تبدیل می ­شود. باکتری­ های حل­ کننده فسفات نامحلول می ­توانند نقش مهمی در فراهم کردن این عنصر غذایی برای گیاهان ایفا کنند. به همین دلیل در این مطالعه این باکتری­ ها از محیط رایزوسفری گیاهان مختلف با استفاده از محیط کشت اختصاصی جامد پیکووسکی غربال شدند. سپس میزان رشد و میزان حل کنندگی فسفات نامحلول 9 سویه برتر در دما، شوری و اسیدیته مختلف اندازه­ گیری شدند. بهترین سویه حل کننده فسفات نامحلول با تجزیه و تحلیل توالی ژن 16S rDNA شناسایی شدند. در پایان تنوع ژنتیکی بین تمامی سویه­ های حل­ کننده فسفات نیز با نشانگر RAPD مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد از بین 57 سویه جداسازی شده، 25 سویه قابلیت حل­ کنندگی فسفات نامحلول را داشتند. از بین 9 سویه برتر، سویه Cke1 با این­ که میزان رشد متوسطی در تمامی شرایط تنشی اعمال شده داشت، بیش ­ترین شاخص محلول­ سازی را به خود اختصاص داد و به عنوان بهترین سویه حل­ کننده در همه شرایط مورد آزمایش شناخته شد. تجزیه و تحلیل ژنتیکی ژن 16S rDNA نیز نشان داد که این سویه متعلق به جنس Enterobacter است. نتایچ تنوع ژنتیکی نیز نشان داد که تمامی سویه ­ها در 6 گروه مختلف قرار می ­گیرند و 3 سویه که کم ­ترین میزان تشابه را با سایر سویه ­ها داشتند در 3 گروه مجزا قرار گرفتند. با توجه به این­که سویه Cke1 قابلیت خوبی برای محلول­ سازی فسفات نامحلول در شرایط مختلف تنشی نشان داده است، می ­تواند پتانسیل خوبی برای فراهم کردن عنصر فسفر در دماهای 30 و 35 درجه سانتی­گراد، شوری 1/2 و 1/8 درصد و اسیدیته 6 و 8 برای گیاهان زراعی داشته باشد.
